RULES OF THE GUEST APARTMENT

  • Payment should be made prior of staying; extension of stay should be paid before the due date.
  • To ensure the tranquility of other guests in surrounding rooms, we insist there be no loud noise or music that potentially can raise any issue with others.
  • The management reserves the right to admit any person in the apartment premises and request any guest to vacate his or her room at moment without previous notice.
  • The management, its staff, agents, proprietor, representative and all parties related to the establishment do not hold itself responsible for any accident, however caused, whether by use of electrical gadget, mechanical appliances or by natural cause, force of nature, etc resulting in either loss, damage, death or injury to them self and or their property. Although efforts are made to ensure safety for all, safety is your own responsibility. And although limited insurance is placed with an insurance company. You are recommended to take your own insurance for coverage to any injury, damage and/or deaths.
  • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment property caused by themselves, their friend or any other person are whom they are responsible.
  • Children are the sole responsibility of their parent or guardian and must never be left on the promises alone.
  • In case of default in payment of dues by guests the management shall be entitled to a lien on the luggage, belonging, and detain the same.
  • Guest who display anger, hostility, unreasonable noise or language. Violence or threats against other guest or staff, or demands of preferential treatment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment.
  • Possession or use of weapons, illegal drugs are not allowed.
  • Gambling, soliciting, vending selling merchandise can not be done in apartment area
  • Use of stove (fire) for heating water/food inside the room is not allowed.
  • Candles and mosquito coil are a potential fire hazard. Please take precaution when using them.
  • Smoking in the room is not allowed in closed room, please always open window or door for smoking. Any damages caused will be your responsibility
  • Dogs (except Mini Pom) and other animals is not allowed in the apartment.
  • Surcharges at prescribe rates will be levied on additional person in room. Maximum occupancy is 2 person + 1 kid under 12 years
  • Cleaning service is available 2 times a week to clean your room.
